No, the welding process is pain-free. The equipment only interacts with the metal, and both you and the technician will wear safety glasses to protect against the bright light during the zapping process.

No worries, we’ve got you covered. If your piece ever breaks or needs to be temporarily removed, we’re happy to offer complimentary reattachments and resizing.

Simply book a “Jewelry Reattachment” appointment and bring your chain with you. Please note that lost pieces are not covered under our warranty.

Zapped offers complimentary resizing and reattachments for every piece purchased from us. This includes breakage, temporary removal for an MRI or surgery, or simple adjustments for comfort or fit.

Our permanent jewelry is crafted from high quality 14k gold filled, 14k solid gold, and sterling silver, designed to be long lasting and durable. While it won’t just fall off or break on its own, it can break if it gets snagged. Remember, permanent doesn’t mean indestructible.

If your piece comes off, you must have the physical chain for us to repair or resize it. Our warranty does not cover lost pieces, so please hold onto your jewelry if it breaks and we’ll happily reattach it for you.

YES! All permanent jewelry is custom sized and fit specifically for each customer at the time of purchase. Because each piece is made to order and welded directly onto the wearer, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

While all sales are final, we proudly stand behind our work and are happy to provide complimentary repairs and resizing at any of our locations under our lifetime warranty.

Yes! At our discretion, we will reattach jewelry that wasn’t purchased at Zapped for a fee of $15. 

If you need to remove your jewelry, you can easily clip it off using a pair of nail clippers or wire cutters. Please attempt to cut it at the jump ring for the best look at the time of reattachment. 

Appointments have priority but walk-ins are accepted! We do take last minute bookings! If a time slot isn't available or if you'd like to host an event, feel free to reach out to your nearest Zapped location by phone or email!

Our jewelry is high-quality, tarnish-resistant, and waterproof with a lifetime warranty. Residue buildup usually happens from product buildup like sunscreen, lotions, or makeup, so we recommend cleaning your jewelry with soap and water to remove the buildup. A polishing cloth will also remove residue from sterling silver.

14k gold-filled jewelry has a layer of gold bonded to a base metal, typically brass. It’s far more durable than gold-plated jewelry and is designed to last. Sterling Silver is made from 92.5% silver, with the remainder being other metals. It can be polished if residue builds up. All jewelry is nickel free, even our sterling silver options. We also offer 14k solid gold.

Yes! We offer a wide selection of curated charms that can be added to any of our chains for $25 each.

You’re also welcome to bring a personal charm to customize your piece. Custom charm attachments are $15 and can be added at our discretion based on size, weight, and compatibility with our chains to ensure the integrity and longevity of your jewelry.
